Acupuncture
Acupuncture is an ancient system of medicine that places needles in certain "meridians" of the body corresponding to your symptoms and imbalances. Sessions include elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), 5-Element acupuncture, moxa, cupping and gua sha. ​
Massage
Soft-tissue massage, sports massage, and myofascial techniques help to open up the muscles, reduce pain and improve function depending on the nature of an injury. Hands-on reiki can also be a helpful way to relieve physical and mental tension from the body.
Somatic Therapy
Somatic therapy is a combination of movement, breathwork and visualisation techniques aimed at regulating the nervous system and reducing stress. A dysregulated nervous system is at the root of many modern-day symptoms, such as hormonal imbalance, insomnia and chronic pain.
